Chimera

For ‘Chimera’, KARSSENBERG/GREIDANUS collaborated with photographer Barrie Hullegie and stylist Lidewij Merckx.
Aim: to capture the essence of the designers’ universe. Chimera is defined as a desired object that is in fact illusory or impossible. This triptych concentrates on KARSSENBERG/GREIDANUS returning design elements: the abstraction of human emotion, flat surfaces that transform in 3d garments and bold natural fabrics.
It was presented during ‘Salon2‘, Amsterdam (NL), July 2011.
